Im taking 18 months but I live in Canada
Taking off 9 months. Anything less feels borderline illegal 😅
I took 11 months in total. I was only going to have 9 months but lockdown ended so I added a month on and then took a month of annual leave Second time round I’m taking 14 months off. A month of annual leave before mat leave. A year of mat leave and then another month of annual leave at the end
What is annual leave
I get up to 6 months off and then I’ll work from home 3 days a week.
In canada as well so i took a year. You can take 12-18 months paid so i did 12 since the total paid is the same.
I took 8 weeks off. Then went back part time for 3 weeks and am now back full time. It was hard and I wish I could have taken more time off and then been part time for six months to a year.
I took 7 months x
I returned to work when LB was 11 months old, worked 7.5 days and then finished for 2 more months. Returned full time when he was 13 months
@Brittney paid holiday entitlement (I have over 8 weeks to use between April 25 and end of March 26)
11 weeks.
Fortunate to take 13 months, just wasn’t ready at 12
I'm taking off 12 weeks
I took 3 weeks off and have been working remotely with one day a week in the office since. Sometimes I regret not taking longer but I appreciate how lucky I am to be able to WFH with my daughter. I just couldn't afford to not get paid my full wage which is a real shame. I want to be able to give her everything I can ❤️
