Pelvic support belt
Has anybody used a pelvic support belt to help with pain? Did you find it useful?
I’ve been struggling with bump pain, a stretching pain over the top of my bump especially at the end of the day or when I’ve been on my feet a lot. I know the belts are more designed to help pelvic and back pain so I asked my midwife today if he thought it would help my pain. He said maybe and that he would try and post a belt to me or bring it to our next appointment in two weeks. I’m considering trying to get one on next day delivery instead as I am finding it hard to cope, but they look to be about £30 so just wanted to see if others have found them helpful

same as you.. i also wasted a lot of time looking online at which belt would be the best one as there are so many different types!! At the end my mum bought me 1 🥹 cos my back was really painfull .

I really liked my belt the extra support was a big help just in general. I got mine second hand from Vinted and then sold it when I’d finished with it
