Long days back to work
I have been back at work since October my little girl is now 14 months and I am going back full time in April. How do people cope doing 3 long days and not seeing their child at all that day :( I feel so sad that I’m actually thinking about looking for another job

I struggled and I had to change my 3 LDs to one LD and 2 nights just so I got that extra time with my LO 🥲
Lmk if you find another alternative job, I'm on the lookout too
I changed roles and went to a job that was 9-5, also because it fit around childcare better as well!
Try 5 10'ss and being on call for 2 weeks per month. Nightmare
Handed notice in this week and change career just can’t do it anymore
