If we decide we are doing gifts. We both give a gift not one sided unless it’s birthdays/mothers and Father’s Day. But sometimes Valentine’s Day get skipped. But we also get each other stuff randomly throughout the year. I don’t see a lot of woman not getting their spouse (male or female) a gift.
We always both go as all out as we can for each other. We don't do 1 sided holidays
Because V day is for women and 14th March is Steak and BJ day for men 😂 In all seriousness, we don’t really do anything other than a card, and I got some flowers this year, but nothing crazy.
I love Valentine’s Day but we don’t really do gifts, we try to plan a nice date
Lol Valentine’s Day is for me and sweetest day is for him😂
@Sarah lol wait! is that a real thing for the 14th?
@Jay💖 if you see women buying steaks next month, you know why! I think it’s like one of those unofficial made up holidays. But my husband always likes to remind me of it 🙈
@Sarah I’m definitely going to add that to my calendar 😂😂😂
This year my husband got me earrings with a heart shaped ruby and diamonds surrounding the ruby and I made him chocolate covered strawberries 😅 We’ve been together for 11 years and I’ve given him many big gifts, but I’m a SAHM now so I try to get more creative with gifts instead of just spending his money.
I give great gifts to my husband for vday, & he does in return. It's a day of love, both partners should be treated
Every relationship I've been in im the only one that really ever gives anything all year round including valentines
I always give my husband something for Valentine’s Day and I expect the same from him. It doesn’t need to be big, just something to show he was thinking about me. Even if it’s just a nice card. 🤷🏻♀️
