Is this a symtpm?
Did it feel like your period is trying to come but pregnant? I tested positive twice and will have dr confirm via bloodwork but no period. Just a lot of cm and that period like feeling

I had very mild cramp like i would get leading up to a period the day before i tested positive. I was sure I was going to get a sad result because of the cramps, but now he's 15 months old and so full of personality ♡

Period-like cramps are common in first trimester bc you’re going through hormonal changes and your uterus is expanding. Not concerning unless accompanied by bleeding or if the cramps become severe.
