Only 3 weeks in, and until now I’ve been so focussed on survival (for both of us!) I hadn’t really thought about it. But now we’re starting to get out and about and relaxing a little and experiencing some newborn joy, I’m struggling not having anyone to share the good times and memories with. For the struggles and challenges I’m pretty robust tackling on my own, but I’m finding it tough not having anyone to share the joy with. All my photos of us together are selfies and I’m pretty sure my best friend is sick of receiving them already 🥹
