HR job switch / search questions

Are there any ladies who work in HR (obviously in PA) whose brain I could pick? Currently pregnant but interviewing for a different job, I got a callback for a second interview. Trying not to count my chickens before they hatch but trying to also think of my options if a potential job is offered. Ty in advance.
