You don't need it. Use gentle baby shampoo.
Also, that could be cradle cap. Just check.

To add to this. There's so much toxins and crap put into products these days that babies and children are very sensitive to. If your baby gets dry skin you can use breastmilk, if you are breastfeeding.
So this depends on the race of your child. Some races use oil in hair at a very young age. If this is the case for your child, organic coconut oil is what you might try.
I used organic coconut oil on my baby (hair and body). I started using it from around 6weeks

@Kelly-Ann thanks Kellyi will try coconut oil basically I used cetaphil lotion and moisturizer oil for her body it’s effective but there is no cetaphil hair oil
@Sally yes. Breastmilk has Natural healing properties, can also work if your baby gets exzema. and you don't have to worry about the ingredients. So many products we use for our skin, lotions etc are not meant for kids and may be impacting their hormones in the long term.
