My son is getting in trouble at school. The resource officer is getting involved. I'm afraid that it's going to go poorly. I'm afraid that my abuser is going to manipulate everyone and turn everyone against me.

Well you didn’t specify the abuse just said abuser. Call a hotline like someone else suggested and see if they can give you advice then.

If you’re in an abusive relationship you need to be documenting it. Save text messages, try and get a recording of the abusive if you can. You should go to the police and make a report so there is a trail of it. Don’t leave it to chance. Also, if your partner is abusive your child sees what’s going on and is probably emulating the behaviors thinking it’s normal. For the sake of your child I would leave, but I know it can be difficult to consider.
