@Gabriella i drink water like it’s going out of style 😅 but i’m getting pretty fed up with feeling the need and than sitting there for 1/2 and hr 😩
I use Colace when it’s been a while and I need relief. Its a softener and not a laxatives so it’s totally pregnancy safe. It takes about 6-12 hours and requires you to drink lots of water but it works!
I've been having oatmeal every mornings with extra things like raisins and pumpkin seeds for iron and protein and taking inulin powder in some water which seems to help. I like it better than the Metamucil powder, the flavor is more neutral
@Marie good thing to know about the extra iron!! I’m super anemic this pregnancy and its not fun lol
Try 1 table spoon of psyllium husk with warm water or milk before bed I take that in routine no medication all natural fibre and never feel constipated
I used milk of magnesia when I hadn't gone a few days, and after that I just make sure to have some fibre (even Metamucil) every other day with lots of water
