Weekly. Or I’ll get him special treats or do something for him

I’m a very verbally affectionate person so it’s at least every couple days. He works full time while I stay at home so I tell him quite frequently especially since he’s incredibly helpful/patient when he is home

Like everyday!!! Seriously! And he does the same ❤️

The words “I appreciate you and everything you do” come out of my mouth like daily, cause it’s true everyday.

Daily! This man has made my dreams come true.. couldn’t it tell him every second!

I randomly tell him at least once a week or more. It's usually when he does something i appreciate so so much.

Most days, once a week at the least. I also try to do other things such as special meals or surprise treats to show appreciation often.

Everyday. We have recently started switching it up from saying things like “You’re a good Dad/husband” to saying things like “You have been a patient and thoughtful Dad/husband today” To me it makes the compliment seem more thoughtful and sincere.

We say something every day not straight up but implying it like he’ll compliment my food, and that appreciation he tends to send me soppy IG reels telling me he appreciates me and loves me and I send them to him also. Or he’ll send me a flirty one

Almost every single day. I’m a sahm and I’m so incredibly grateful I can be. He also does all the cooking and I clean. SOOO grateful honestly
