My LB has never had a problem with aptamil. He goes every two days on that but doesn’t seem to struggle 😊

How long have you changed it? Give it a few days to get to use to him if it’s not better then have you tried the cow and gate constipation milk? My first boy was cow and gate but my baby isn’t getting on with that brand tried every one in it I moved him on kendamil been really good If you give him a ready made it’ll most likely work aswell as it’s more hydrating makes the baby go quickly. I know breastfed babys can go up to a week without having a dirty nappy I think it may be similar to formula just a bit less can’t remember what the doctors told me x

we did kendafil goat milk formula for the same reason. my kid just has a severe intolerance to most dairy and even Alimentum was hurting his tummy

What was the reasoning for changing milk in the first place? It may be something underlying if there were issues before that made you change milks

We moved onto Kendamil goat milk formula from cow and gate but turns out she has suspected cmpa so we’re on prescription milk now but definitely recommend the goat milk formula it is pricy though at £21 a tin but they digest it a lot easier x
