Toy Recommendations

Hi, could I get some cheap toy recommendations please? My LB is getting bored with his toys (he still has a lot of rattles and sensory toys, and they don’t hold his attention for long). I’d like to start getting him more age-appropriate toys or toys he’ll enjoy as he’s getting a bit older, but I have no clue where to start! 😩

Honestly I’d say they generally don’t have the attention span to play with anything for long at this age - it’s not the toys, it’s the age. If you’re thinking towards the near future though I’d say things like stacking cubes, shape sorters, peg puzzles etc. will be good in the next few months. Also this is a random one but my first little boy loved the Vtech put and take dumper truck for a while and my baby plays with it a bit now x

My little boy loves the tomy eggs and also wooden blocks and stacking cups. Argos have 2 for £15 at the minute on lots of things

My little one lives his ball pit and activity cube. Touchy feels books are a favourite too

One of the best things I bought for my little girl was a bubble machine, she absolutely loves it think I only paid £10 for it and I get the litre bubble mix from primark for £1

One of my girls favourite toys is her wooden activity table. She also loves noisy musical toys like tambourines and her xylopiano 😅
