Need Portland doula recommendations please!

Did anyone have a doula they absolutely loved? I’m looking for a gentle, warm, calming presence. I’d like someone very experienced - at least 5-6 years. Comfortable in silence / not overly chatty (this sounds mean but I just know I will have very low patience during labor and naturally introverted 😅). Ideally someone very rooted in science based birth and data driven to help inform any health decisions and advocate for us. I’d love for them to be there to better guide my husband in being a support to me since he’s likely the only one I’ll be looking to for comfort. I would love for them to have intuitive touch/ be comfortable physically comforting me and guiding my positions. Sound like anyone you know? Would love recommendations. Thank you! 💕
