Gifting ideas

I’m a FTM due on 21st march 🌸 We have been so so fortunate with a lot of baby items donated from friends and family. We have everything we could possibly need & feel very grateful for it. My cousin in Australia has contacted to say she would like to contribute something to us, and I am unsure on how to respond. I have already said thank you but don’t worry as we have everything, but she insists and has asked for my address to post something. Does anybody have recommendations on what I could say?

John lewis (or similar) voucher, it will come in so handy when you need to get the next size up carseat thats what we did so we could put it towards that xx

A Rockit? Luxury/not essential but a nice thing to receive

Maybe ask for some clothes in bigger sizes, they will come in handy when baby starts to grow and people have stopped buying and donating things x

Maybe ask for a voucher she can buy online so you can spend it when baby is older and you need something?

Definitely a voucher of some sort, there will always be something you see that you want to buy!

How about something for you post birth? Some nice new pyjamas or something?

Starbucks/Costa/CaffeNero gift card (whichever youre local to). Just Eat gift card, a cakes and bakes subscription, spa voucher for you when you’re ready to treat yourself, I could go on lol but I’d say these kind of things I appreciated much more than “physical gifts” cluttering my house haha

We really appreciated a family member contributing money towards a swimming lesson subscription 🥰
