I’ve just started pregnancy yoga which is quite nice and a good way to meet others who may be feeling the same x
I think it’s very common to feel this way.. as it’s such a life change happening, it’s hard for others to relate to! Keep reaching out for support maybe from family, or go to groups. I go to Zumba and yoga - both really helpful to keep connected.

Hey! God, I could have wrote this. There's definitely something about the third trimester. I'm seeing lots of other ladies post about similar experiences and all seem to be in the home stretch! I'm breaking down a lot recently, and after such a nice and peaceful 2nd trimester, I thought I might have escaped it. Must be the hormones! Sending compassion to you. Are there any local mum get togethers around you or maybe some antenatal classes?
