from what i know, you shouldn’t fast if you’re pregnant at all

I fasted whilst I was pregnant BUT I was 2 months in so easier on the body plus I knew myself well enough to know i could handle it. The year before tho I was pregnant too and stopped midway ramadan as my iron levels went low. So if you do plan on fasting then make sure to take vitamins and whatnot. I mean you could also trial it couple days too and see if its okay on you and your body. At 32 weeks seems bit fragile tho too but that's my personal opinion..not backed by any science. Also Allah is best of all planners and he will never want you to do something that you feel will harm you and even more so your baby. May Allah protect and guide you ameen.

There is no right or wrong answer. My mother fasted while she was pregnant with me, I didn’t fast when I was pregnant. I have friends who have fasted and who have not. Islamically, you have the right to not fast and make up the whole month later or to fast. At the end of the day it depends on who each mother feels and what she’s comfortable with. Either way you do not get any saya’aat and both are permissible options.

It’s up to you, I didn’t fast when I was pregnant nor while nursing
