My son has been potty trained since September and I thought the exact same thing. We even went on holiday a month after starting potty training and the 3 hours flights he held his wee. I think they just learn to hold it because nappies were just more convenient to wee whilst having fun😂
Keep encouraging fluids that's all you can do.
My May baby can hold her wee all day 🤯 she’ll have a wee first thing and then not go again until I get her home from nursery. She’s fine, not distressed by it and the HV told me what to keep an eye out for for uti’s. Just keep encouraging drinking I think is the main thing. All day is a bit extreme but they can and do hold it for longer
Wee no, but she's only pooing every other day or less again like she used to as a baby. She gets a bit constipated when she doesn't drink enough.
Mine can hols her wee for like 5 or 6 hrs. Like you I ask sometimes but sometimes she says no and I don't want to force her
My daughter can hold her wee for hours…. Most days she will wee a minimum of 4 times…. But I find when she’s having fun she is far less inclined to leave the fun to wee for fomo. She was potty trained beginning of last May
Wee definitely. He doesn't go very often, I was a little concerned he could get an infection.
