No sign of adult teeth?
How long does it take for adult teeth to erupt? My son lost his top front incisors just before Christmas but his adult teeth are nowhere to be seen? I can't remember his bottom ones taking this long to come in so I'm not sure if I should be concerned yet or not?

My son lost one of his top central incisors last month and the adult one has just started to come through last week x
It can take a while my son lost 3 of his teeth last year and there still coming through

My son lost his top 2 about 6 months ago an still no sign of his adult teeth either. I’ve been told the top 2 take a bit longer to come through an not to worry
