Milk?

Hi all! My almost one year old (2 weeks shy) is refusing to drink milk almost entirely. She has never been a big milk drinker at all but recently we’ve gone down to one 7 oz bottle at bedtime and then we will offer her a bottle throughout the day and sometimes she drinks 5oz, most of the time she pushes it away. She really prefers food and water but I know she is pretty young to be done with milk. How can I get her to drink more milk? Is it fine if she goes down to one a day? Google gives mixed answers and we struggle with a family doctor. Any help is appreciated! TIA!

You can dry mixing it in food, using it in baked goods etc.

Same thing happened with my little girl just before she turned 1 she would only have 1 bottle at bed but now she's 13 months and refuses one at bedtime too I just make sure I'm giving her food with milk and and lots of cheese and yoghurt so she gets her calcium and she is absolutely fine!xx

As long as she’s getting iron and calcium from her food then she’s okay. Does she eat cheese and yogurt? My son will be 1 this week and breastfeeds once in the morning and has a 4oz bottle of cows milk in the evening before bed. We were told as long as he’s having cheese and yogurt then we don’t need to worry
