I’ve heard this about the car seats too. Avionaught pixel pro is a really good infant carrier. We had a maxi cosi 360 pebble pro for our first and will be using again, never had any issues. Just we got sucked into the whole isofix base thing and then when moved onto the next seat haven’t used isofix so that was. A bit of a waste of money x
I loved my pushchair from them, it changed from the newborn part to the toddler bit, I'd still be using it if my little one hadn't gotten so tall
As a brand I loved my ickle bubba. It’s gutted me having to put it up for sale after a year because I’m due another baby so needed a double. I have a travel system. The only issue I came across was the rain cover only had two secure straps so when the wind blew from a different angle the rain cover went with it
I've just got the 360 car seat from the nursery store online and I love it lightweight and easy to get in and out of the car if needed. Would be a good one to travel with too it can be used with a seat belt as well as isofix
We had the stomp when lo was small and it was a good pushchair (obviously not up to full off road status 😂 but good enough that it would go on the beach and on grass fine). The car seats though are really bad seats, they are mass produced and minimally tested. You’d be better looking at Joie spin seats (if you are set on a spin seat) or Graco which are owned by Joie and the same as Joie but use cheaper fabrics so are often cheaper.
