Contraception
Can anybody recommend a contraception that doesn’t kill your sex drive? I’ve been on every different kind of contraception since I was 16 and they all affect my libido. After giving birth I wanted to give my body a break from the hormones but we’re really struggling with using condoms. I have tried the copper coil but it didn’t agree with me. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Depo jab works great for me. Hoping to doctor can give me one at our first check up. It's safe for BF too just not so great if your planning another baby soon as can take 1.5 years or more to come off.... so they say. I switched to the pill at 30 (hated it) so can't advise on the 1.5 years bit x
If you’re not planning on any more children you should consider sterilisation! I just recently had this done after my 2nd child and it’s so nice not having to worry about taking the pill or getting any side effects from other contraception.

Have you tried the mirena coil? I got it fitted during my C-section and I haven’t had any problems so far. I’m only 6 weeks PP tho. I was recommended this one over the copper coil xx
