Places to go

Hi 👋🏾 I'm new here. I live in downtown Oakland and I'm looking for places/activities to take my 2yo. Most of the time she's only around me or other adults. Rarely around kids so I feel bad LOL I want to take her somewhere where she can meet new todds and have fun!

Omca museum is free every 1st Sunday of the month. Montclair park and Linda's playground are fenced in toddler parks. Oakland rose garden is really pretty when the flowers are blooming but even still it's a good place to let the kiddos run. You could join your local library. Many moms have story time/playgroup as part of their weekly schedule. Or at the very least you can use the card to sign up for discovery go and then go to museums, gardens, exploratoriums, for free!

You're amazing. Thank you!

Little Farm in Tilden park Downtown Oakland library has a fun downstairs kids area Fairyland Oakland Zoo- worth the membership!! Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley From Park in Temescal :)) I was a nanny in Oakland!
