Lip tie

Hi all. Some how only noticed my toddler has lip tie. Wondering would anyone know if this looks severe and should we do something and if NHS grants this if we needed. In terms of it effecting him, he has never been the best eater and only takes mouse size bites of his food. Now wondering is this the reason.. 🤔
