Maternity money
I’m currently on maternity leave but have decided I do not want to return. Would I need to let the school know sooner and then change the payment plan? As I originally selected that I would return… because I don’t want to go back to get out of paying the money back!
Yes, normal notice period would apply for notifying school that you do not intend to return as a minimum, however would be worth having the conversation sooner if you are going to inform hr of your intentions
