I've been to Shape Me London It's in Southgate , They focus on bespoke body treatments ( Alot of clientele are mainly ladies or men who have had surgery) , However you csn still visit despite this, they mainly do lymphatic drainage which is sooo relaxing!!! Also if you want they do wood therapy, I have had 6 sessions and honestly it doesn't hurt at all!
