@Casey that’s the problem she refuses to open her mouth and when I try to check it she cries like crazy. I only saw it cause she was crying. But yeah I’m concerned. I’ll have to reach out to them, just wanted to see if anyone else had this experience.

@Sofia totally get that it is also difficult to check my son's teeth We got this for home (actually got the set with the ear thing too) https://www.amazon.com/Safety-1st-Depressor-Illuminates-Irritation/dp/B0BTMX9HB3 It has a spot for your cellphone to hook onto it for Pedi pictures and my son thinks this is kind of fun so maybe it will help in the future!
