Yellow bits in baby vomit
Baby has reflux and passed a large bowel movement this morning. Should I be concerned about the yellow im the vomit?

Thank you. We phoned nhs 24 and they aren’t too concerned as he is a reflux baby, everything else is normal. They think stomach acid mixing with the milk but to keep an eye
I've had a few greeny bits but she is very nasally so I'm assuming it's just snots/ phlegm coming out.
I also don’t want to alarm you as it could well be that. But when on the phone they told me if there was any green in the sick I was 100% to get to the hospital for a check up
