Amazon free gift?

Does anyone know how you get the free gift on Amazon with baby wish list? Can’t figure it out. Always adds full price of item at checkout even when I’ve added the £20 worth of items 🫤 confused

I had the same issue and eventually gave up. It has to be qualifying items which I believe are sent from amazon eu store or something like that, but for me it didn't work even when I'd added £20 worth of items from the qualifying items. Sorry I'm not much help! I'd be super interested if you/anyone manage to do it!

Following as I had my baby 3 months ago and still don’t know😂

@Chloe Yeahh it seems so complicated doesn’t it! I’ve tried on about 5 occasions to do it and can never figure it out 🤣🙈 I think I’ll give up too

When i did mine, I was able to "purchase" it like normal but then the cost got deducted at the end resulting in a 0$ total. But then it got "lost" in the mail and amazon wouldn't resend it.

So im in the US so things could be different. You need to have amazon prime and purchase something from your gift registry. Then, about 24hrs later you will be able to claim your gift. Then they sent me a box of samples and stuff

@Shaq I've had mine for almost the whole year, mine runs out in April. My boy is 2 months old already, but no matter what I tried it didn't work for me. I even added random stuff I didn't need from their list of qualifying items but still it didn't work :/

So I go to my list-gift registry-scroll down until I see “welcome box”-claim

I had the same issue, ended up using the customer service chat and they just gave me vouchers to cover the cost

We chose the tomme tippee bin gift. We paid for it in the beginning then I talked to customer services and they refunded the money for it

I had the same issue. I decided to message customer support and they gave me a refund.

They deducted the total price off of all my items rather than the free gift so it looked like I’d paid but I hadn’t

I also gave up!
