Therapist Recommended 😅

i’ve been in the area for almost 2 years now - i’m 35 weeks & have a 4yr old ( both girls ) i feel really alone here - i’ve tried to befriend my partners old hs friends and have had no luck - so here’s my very desperate attempt to look for friendship. i struggle with anxiety & depression and im trying everything in my power to do everything i can rn to avoid PPD. ive realized my biggest issue is how alone i feel here, my therapist recommended mommy groups, putting myself out there but im so scared of judgmental moms. i’m far from the traditional mommy but i love my kids w all of my being and would do anything for them. i enjoy getting out ( even though it’s difficult for me at times ) i color, play video games, like trying new restaurants or places, even just staying home and doing absolutely nothing. i’m 420 friendly, not religious but do believe in a higher power - anyway sorry for the babbling, hopefully there’s some mommas like me around here 😭🤍
