Travel insurance that covers everything?

Unfortunately I can’t get out of a trip I need to go to! I’ll be flying at exactly 34 weeks is a very short trip and flying back before 34+4 Does any know or has anyone got an insurance that can cover this trip? Cover everything such a all medical and birth First and single pregnancy, fit to fly confirmed. If that helps with the question!

I have taken an insurance when I travelled and from what I understand the insurance will not cover birth, because that’s inevitable. They will cover admission to neonatal unit etc in case of preterm birth or complications but not birth as such. I did a quick google search and this was the info I got. I didn’t read every policy out there but it kind of makes sense

They will cover emergency births due to injury/accident but not spontaneous labour x

What insurance did you use?

I cannot remember who I used now but I never actually ended up travelling as I gave birth at 35 weeks 😬😂
