Traveling with a two month old!

Girls I need some help an not judgment! We’ve booked a big family holiday depending on when my baby arrives he’ll be around 8weeks. We are planning to take the ready made bottles that we will order for click & collect at the boots in the airport but I didn’t know if there’s a limit on how much you can take? My plan is to also take my mamas & papas flip xt2 that being the frame and carry cot, will that be okay? I will be contacting jet2 as that’s who we’re flying with to check everything with them but I just wanted to ask on her and get some advice x

I am going away with my approximately 8 week old depending when she is born, I have been advise by my sister (a norland Nanny) to take the actual pram part of the flip xt, it lies flat so is suitable from birth and will help baby regulate body temperature etc if it is hot! I know that wasn’t your question but just wanted to share some advice xx

There’s no limit to how many you can take but just be wary some people have had issues with doing the order to boots with it not being there when going to collect. I was going to do it myself, selected a date a few days before we travelled as recommended. We got to the airport and the boots was closed! I’m so glad we didn’t do it and rely on it else we’d have been screwed! You will be able to take both parts of the pram. I recommend getting a pram bag to avoid any scratches or it getting dirty x

Thank you both!

If you are planning on using premade formula I wouldn’t order any until you know your baby settles with it and it agrees with them etc. I planned on doing the same for my little one when we first went abroad (he was 6 months) but he ended up with CMPA and needing prescription formula that unfortunately you can’t buy ready made etc x
