@Dalia is it good? Keeps coming up on my Instagram!
I use "the bump plan". You get 5 sessions a week adapted to you stage of pregnancy and alternate between pilates and cardio. No equipment needed. I love it. The Sweat app has some interesting programmes too x
@Ryme how much does it cost? do they have a mobile app or just tge website? I looked at them, but found frustrating that they don’t share information about pricing unless I share my details first.
I think if you scroll down on their website you can see all the plans. I pay £35 a month. It's not cheap but still cheaper than my weekly horse ridding session I had to gave up on haha. They offer a one week free trial anyway. You also get extra session for breathing and pelvic floor exercises but I haven't tried them yet. They only have a web app x
@Ryme thanks for sharing 🙏
@Verity yup, I still use it and it helps to manage different pains

Down Dog for prenatal yoga
I have a subscription to ‘barre definition’ where there is a pregnancy dedicated program with workouts for each week. You also get advice and tips so it’s educational too, plus, access to other programs
