I'm now taking biomel and that is massively helping!
I put coconut oil in all my hot drinks, it helps me go to the toilet. When I go to the toilet, I also put my feet on a foot stool so my knees are at a 90⁰ angle, that helps too x
Daily probiotic and I also have a smoothie a day, usually add a date or two in. Also loots of water x
Im not bf but the constipation was real, i took stool softeners from lidl and it helped so much
