am i supposed to take my strips off of my incision? google says they will fall off 7-10 days but im 12 days pp and they are still on

Hi, yes, you have to take them out if it doesn't fall on its own after 10 days. And I took them out myself under the shower on day 14(2wks)
Keep them on until they start to lift around the edges! Mine were on for a good two weeks before they easily peeled off in the shower. Just keep them dry x
Midwifes told me they will fall off as I shower. They made it sound like I’ll shower twice and they will be gone. After 4 weeks they were still there so I googled and removed them myself.

@charlie i recommend taking a warm damp towel and dapping it across your incision and slowly remove them yourself then
