Chewing food and spitting it out
Is anyone going through something similar, the last few weeks my Lo has been taking bites of food and either spitting it out straight away or chewing it for abit and then spitting it out. She does go back for more and does finally eat some so she does like the foods.. is this just a phase?!

My little girl does this, feels like she's been doing it since forever. I hope it passes soon, it's annoying!
Yes! And throwing it in the floor. The only thing that doesn’t come back out are the baby pouches. So I’m offering both at the minute. But it’s frustrating to see all the wasted food.

My LB did this every meal till about 1 month ago, and now eats fine! It can be so stressful when they are not eating.
