First doctors appointment

So I’ve bitten the bullet & arranged a doctors appointment! I’m 35 and we’ve been trying for baby number 2 for 9 months. What should I say?! Do I need to give them my cycle dates or anything? Thank you!

I would say you’ve been trying for 9 months no success and I want to get my hormones checked, and give them ur cycle dates etc I did that, and I had an under active thyroid, which can stop u from ovulating which I didn’t know. But yeah I just told my doctor everything. They will ask about any previous pregnancy/kids etc x

@Jade thank you! The nhs website says to go to the gp if you’ve been trying for 6m over 35 but I’ll see what they say

Yeah I’m under 35 and went before the 1 year, I’m like ur taking bloods etc, but yeah just be honest with them and go from there xz
