Toilet training advice

Does anyone have any advice on toilet training? Did you use pull ups? Did you wear training underwear? Just go straight to little pants? Bare bum for a few days? Did you buy a portable potty? Wanting to attempt to train my 3 year old during Easter break so any advice will be appreciated

I started potty training my girl a few months ago I went straight to pants as the only way they will learn is by feeling wet and associating it with going in a potty. She went straight to pants and I asked her every 30 minutes to go and sit on the potty she’s now pretty much fully trained for day time just poos we are trying to manage now

We did naked from the waist down for a couple of days, we never prompted him to use the potty, he knew to take himself when he felt the urge. Then pants and that was it really! Only a few accidents and within a week he was dry and dry overnight quickly followed. We have a portable potty too.

We only recently potty trained. Nothing for 2 days, then clothes. We did buy the puppy training pads for the car/sofa but didn't need them.

Definitely potty for living room and get a seat for the toilet.

We went with bare bum in the house, but just pants out and about. Have a potty in the lounge, one in her room, a seat reducer for both toilet. We did get a carry potty, as we were out a lot in the summer. We had puppy pads on the sofa (after a few accidents on there) and still have a protector for the car seat (allowed by the manufacturer). Prompted her every 45 min I think, if she had an accident we cleaned it up together and just told her that next time she needs to use the potty. I learned her cues soon enough, if she was engrossed in something, she would try and hold it, but didn’t quite manage at first, so I would just take her to the potty. Good luck!

We went straight to pants & take the portable potty with us everywhere. My friend said she has a potette, which can be both a toilet seat or portable potty which sounds good. We avoided pullups, but I did use one when we went out for the day on her birthday because she does still have accidents. When they've got a pullup on they don't feel the need to stop what they're doing & go on the potty and sometimes can be so absorbent they don't realise they've done a wee. I think, but can't prove, she wees in her pullup on purpose after her nap most days rather than get up & use the potty.
