@Jay we can’t seem to go any slower, we have three different bottles to see with one would be better for him but he seems to be doing it with all of them,he will keep one down then the next bottle he will throw it up
My 1st and 3rd were like this, speak to gp, I was given gaviscon sachets to put in their milk that helped keep the milk down, also try paced feeding and trying to hold baby as upright as possible when feeding and keeping baby upright for as long as possible after the feed
Try regular burping during the feeds and keep him upright after feeding. My LO is being combifed and definitely prefers breastmilk over the formula.
My babe was the same. We just went down a teat size. The ones that came with the bottle were still suitable for newborn and was slow flow but we got extra slow which seemed to work better for him.
