Breastfed baby poop

Can someone please tell me if this looks normal or if it looks like diarrhea, first time mom of my 4 month old son and all day he’s been having these poops he’s had about 3 or 4 of them and they seem a little more runny than his usual but overall his everyday poops look similar and now I’m wondering if he’s had diarrhea since he was born I’m just super paranoid plus he’s been waking up every 30 minutes and I’m trying not to overthink it but I keep wondering if he’s sick or has a problem I don’t know about.

Looks like it could be a little wet, but pretty normal. You said he's 4 months? He might just be going through sleep regression which is why he is waking up every 30 minutes. Also potentially could be teething, and the teething is waking him up

Looks pretty normal for breast fed bubba

If he’s sick your breast milk will already be giving him the antibodies to fight it! His poop looks fine, when my boy was 4 months he started teething and his poo changed to this. Breastfeed babies poo is always changing! Waking up is consistent with teething. I honestly wouldn’t worry but trust your gut if you are worried give the health visitor a call or the gp

It’s normal. My 2 week old has explosions sometimes or super runny poo like water, but this is normal for breastfed babies

This looks normal to me for a breastfed baby

Looks like normal breast milk poop. My little mans looks like this

Looks normal to me.

Normal

Looks normal to me. I doubt he's had diarrhea for 4 months. It's more yellow and watery than formula poop. You're doing a good job momma! Give yourself some credit!! ❤️

At 4 months this is how my son's looked

Totally normal to me, my son’s poops were that color and similar consistency till about 5-6 months. He was exclusively breastfed till then when we introduced solids and his poop became solid. I’ve also realized with my baby if a tooth was about to break through he’d get diarrhea

It looks pretty normal, I agree with possible teething. Teething can make the poops more wet/mucusy

How old is he and do you breastfeed ?
