Does this look like a tooth coming in?
Baby girl is 10 weeks and is fussy and drooling a lot its like bubbles. I noticed this white dot can it be a tooth? I know its so early but i know it can happen early.

It could be a little tooth my baby is doing the same thing. Epstein pearls would appear when they are newborn and disappear closer to 3 months.
