I plan on doing the same as @Aggs, so they’ll all be in one book instead of loads of loose pieces of paper
My mum kept my stuff growing up, and now when i get to see them i get so happy, knowing my mum was proud of my work from when i was in reception. Keep it all! Youll look back one day
My girl is only 7 months but we’ve been going to an art class. I currently have her ‘paintings’ up on the wall 😂 I will buy a big folder at some point to put her stuff in ☺️
I’ve got an A4 folder with the clear pockets - the “good” stuff makes it to there. My eldest has had her folder since she was at the childminders and loves looking back through all her stuff (she’s on her second folder now… god knows how many we’ll end up with 😂🫣)
I recyle a lot of paper these days🫣 If its something that my daughter has done specifically for me or her dad, we keep them. I put all of my daughters best pictures, into a scrap book, just so then they're all kept together & its something nice to look through.
I have a folder I put them in, it’s currently bursting and she’s only been at nursery 8 months
There are services that specialize in turning your little one’s creations into keepsakes. You send all of your child’s artwork, and they ‘preserve’ it by turning it into prints, hardcover books, or digital form.
I keep the best best ones and frame and hang them, and the rest I just take a photo and bin it. I have them on my phone. I’m not keeping each and every one, even in a folder lol that’s not me I’m not a sentimental person like that esp when they pic looks like nothing or he’s done 20 of the same ones, I’ll keep one and take a pic of the rest. He does have a school folder prep-grade 6 that all his certificates and school photos etc are in there, has a part where you fill out (favs for the year etc) and then a pocket for each grade.
Oh shit. I just bin them and now I feel bad 😂
I keep the good/best looking ones and bin the rest 😅
I’m planning on buying a big folder to put my daughter crafts in but most children come home everyday with a drawing from nursery ect so I won’t be keeping them all x
I really wanna get those picture frames that hold artwork and you can rotate them whenever.
Keep the good ones, toss the rest 😂😅
Honestly I have kept a few in a folder but mainly they go in a pile on the kitchen window sill and periodically I bin the bottom half of the pile, hoping enough time has past that my daughter definitely won’t remember or miss any of those. She comes back with like 5 things per day, it’s just not feasible to keep everything.
We’re not there yet, but my plan is to have them scanned and made into a photo album. The originals I’ll probably keep in a box stored away somewhere.
