Water only and Diprobase and a flannel or comb if hair is thick. That should clear it. Shampoo just made it worse for my daughter.

We had our six week check today and I asked the doctor the best way to help. He suggested diluting some baby shampoo in warm water and gently rubbing it.

i rubbed olive oil on his head during bath time then washed it off after a bit. it made it easy for the flakes to come off and hasn’t come back since

Coconut oil every time I did a nappy change I put some oil on his head also.

I would bathe my son every day in just water for his body than massage baby soap on his scalp really focusing the build up of skin area then after I would massage baby oil in his hair
