Crying all the time ?!

My LG has never really been a crying baby only ever when teething or ill does she cry. She currently has tooth #7 cutting and has been fussy but it’s a small one on the bottom and she is crying WAY more than normal with it. She usually gets 2 at a time and has never been this cry-ey!! She had a cold last week with a bit of a fever but that’s gone, she has been crawling for a couple of weeks now and this week she’s been trying to stand but besides that there’s nothing really new in her life disrupting her? She just keep screaming crying throughout the day but mostly before naps or bed time and really fights them Is this a regression? A normal developmental thing?????? Is anyone else’s little one similar? I’m at my wits end and really struggling at night times with her because of it! I’m gonna ring doctors tomorrow and get her looked over just to see but she seems physically well minus a tooth cutting.
