Are you sure she’s hungry? I just see milk dripping and she’s not going at it fast enough, she takes a sip and then pauses. My girl did the same at one point when she was very young and that resulted in her puking up because she just wasn’t hungry and was pressured to eat
@Polina Yeah she is taking 3 ounces every 4 hours and is like this with every feed & she's never sick with her feeds.
@Kayleigh I spoke to my health visitor and she did mention a possible tongue tie so she is going to be checked next week. Hopefully get some answers 🤞
Is the nipple size wide? It looks wide to me. I had my baby in wide nipple sizes from Evenflow when she was about the same age. That’s how she looked when drinking from the bottle but without the milk drip. I switched her to the Dr Browns narrow nipples and never went back. They told me my daughter had a tongue tie and we went to the specialist, but declined the procedure. She did great with the Dr Browns narrow bottles. She’s 1.5 now and transitioned to a straw.
My little girl was the same , she would just cry and fuss and kick while she had the bottle, sometimes it would turn into screaming and i could see she was angry she couldn’t feed but i thought it was colic. Turns out she had a lip tie and for 3 months none of us has slept. We only found out about the lip tie when she was 10 months old and it wasn’t bothering her anymore.
Has she been tested for a tongue tie? My little boy has a small one - wasn’t causing any problems so wasn’t released but he was doing this. He’s 9 weeks now and doesn’t do this anymore
