How many times does your baby poop?

My 12 week old has expressed breast milk and has always struggled with trapped wind and passing poop regardless of how much we wind him. Between weeks 7-11 he seemed to turn a corner and was pooping 2-3 times a day but as soon as 11 weeks hit he’s hardly going once a day again and can be in so much pain to the point he was in hospital for suspected infantile spasms and was given omeprazole for silent reflux. He is still only going once a day sometimes longer, how much does everyone else’s BF babies poop?! Thanks in advance

13 weeks EBF and she goes every day/every other day. There’s a lead in of grisly crunches for about 2 hours beforehand!

She’s been like this since 6 weeks x

13 weeks EBF - 2 to 3 times / day x

12 week EBF, she goes once a day, some days 4 times, sometimes it’s every other day, there’s no consistency, but same with the trapped wind, she’s in so much pain sometimes, I thought it may be my diet but it hasn’t helped.. anyone got any suggestions what can help x

12 weeks and EBF and he sometimes goes 3 days without pooping then does a big one! He doesn’t seem in pain he just holds them in!

@Sarah the only thing I can suggest is possible silent reflux like my LO has just been diagnosed with. He’s only just developed it the last few weeks as he’s got older x

My breastfed baby had gone down to 1 per day generally but recently it's increased to 2-3 again at 11 weeks.
