I feel like the worst mum after having cheese

So my baby is realised early on got an upset stomach if I had bigger amounts of dairy. We're talking going stiff and having trapped wind whenever I had a glass of milk. Small amounts like butter on toast or cooked into something is fine and I switched to oat milk and its been 5 months so i don't even have to think about it and it's subconscious for the most part. Tonight I forgot. I put my daughter to bed and felt like a midnight snack and made a snack board with a triangle of brie, cabana, crackers and dip. I ate over half the brie triangle before realising what I was doing and now I feel like the worst person ever for not realising or thinking sooner because my baby girl is now probably going to have a day from hell tomorrow and it's all my fault 💔😭

Don’t feel like a bad mum at the end of the day you are doing an amazing job u just forgot we all forget from time to time if ur worried about cuz u breastfeeding why don’t u try judt a little formaula and see how she gets on but don’t feel like a bad mum your doing an amazing job don’t forget that

@Angel thank you I totally needed to hear that🩷 Unfortunately I won't be able to get out and get formula before she wakes for her first feed as I'm a single mum and can't get out before she wakes up or go without feeding her and the last formula she tried she wouldn't even take 😭

Hey girl you can always pump and dump. Never feel like a bad mom, cause you ate something you shouldn’t have. I drank wine with my little ones, and just pumped and dumped afterwards. if you don’t have an extra supply of breast milk you could always try donor breast milk. To be honest I know you put a lot of pressure on yourself but you’re doing great. There are moms out there leaving their babies alone to go party.

@Justice i should have pumped as soon as I realised but I had only just fed her so wouldn't have had enough to even do her a morning bottle and don't think I'd be able to track down donor milk in time at this point but might look into pptions for that for the future. I used to have a little stash but pumping was a struggle and my supply was enough when feeding but my pumped milk was getting less and I took a little break to reset but that's now been like 2 months. I think this is the kick I needed to rebuild it just in case 😩 Thank you, I do put a lot of pressure on myself but im trying my everything and needed to hear that 🥰
