Anyone else having issues potty training?

Leave it for a bit and try in a week or two again. Maybe she is just not ready yet. Forcing will make things worse. Lots of books about big girls knickers, going on a potty ect.
My daughter is same age and we are just not trying for a while - we offer the potty and show books etc but it’s really a case of when they are ready they will let you know . We are going to try again in the warmer weather so she can have her nappy off in the garden etc .
Aug 22 baby and we started when she turned 2. She was really good, but did go a bit backwards recently (moved house & new baby on the way) I brought a peppa pig sticker chart and it's changed it right back around! She loves putting a sticker on! Although she's always weed on the potty and the issue was with poo! Have you tried just no pants? This is how we started x
So she wearing pants and starts to wee. What do you do? We had 100% accidents the first three days. We didn’t take him to the potty. Just said. “Did you get a feeling before that happened?” That’s when you need to go to the toilet or potty. We didn’t push it. Day 4 he started going on his own 🤷🏻♀️ we made a huge fuss cheering etc. “So proud” etc etc. Maybe give it a rest for a month or two and try again? xx
We're going to start trying again soon, tried last summer but it was too early. We offer the toilet or potty all the time but she mostly says no so I feel like we need to make a big deal out of it! Those who have tried it what do you do when they poop? We have very light carpets and I just feel like doing pants instead of no bottoms because at least they will catch it 🙈
@Emily we did pants from outset and found it worked better generally. Poop is a sh*t show not matter what 😂 scooping it out of clothes or off the floor. 🤢
My daughter’s the same. Does not care if she’s wet or dirty completely un bothered. I was not born for the patience for this stage it’s driving me insane 🙃
@Cal 🤣🤣🤣 I'm just going to buy lots of pants and accept that some will be binned lol this morning she told me she needed a poo so we went to the toilet. She didn't go but then 10 mins later had one and didn't tell me? She's almost there, just need to dive in
This is me with my son right now! At nursery he is dry all day but at home he refuses to sit on the potty.
Oh and I've done the rewards charts but it doesn't seem to sink in
