Mine is the same with the being back so I have to tilt her beside me crib and put something under the mattress of the pram so her head above her stomach and it stops it 99% of the time. As for the rash that flares up following feeding my friends baby had that and it turned out to be a diary allergy and she had to give up diary while BF so potentially worth talking to your GP if it exclusively come up after feeding then goes down again
Reflux isn’t just sickness so apart from the skin side of things are there any other symptoms? I’ve had two reflux babies and our second has got CMPA also. Confirmed as his skin was so bad with spots and dryness along with projectile spew constantly and this has already calmed down just a few days after being on hypoallergenic milk! Reflux tends to be coughing, hiccups, back arching, generally being uncomfortable but more uncomfortable laying right on their back. Not every baby will have all symptoms. Every baby will have some spew though so just depends on everything else. If you try feeding as upright as you can, if you hold baby upright for 15/20 mins after a feed also. If you can also raise one side of babies bed so it’s at a slant that can help x
We were the same only now at 6 weeks has the sickness got a little better. We have the same rash too and went down the dairy route But i believe it’s just baby acne and noticed the flare ups were after a feed as the sick was touching that area of skin so I assume she’s just got sensitive skin xx

@Tabby if you try and feed in an upright position, hold baby in an upright position for around 15/20 minutes after a feed & tilt their crib if possible so they’re not lying completely flat. That would be the non medicated things to help, more about babies discomfort and hopefully stopping some sick. Both my kids have gotten omeprazole for it and it definitely helps, doesn’t get rid of it completely but definitely helps manage it. There are also things like milk thickeners that can be prescribed x
