Thank you!!!! I’ll give that a go xx
We use kendamil and do 7oz which is 7 scoops before bed, he is EBF other than that. He normally takes between 4oz-7oz of that bottle.
Very similar to @Frankie here We also use kendamill but our formula feed is at morning, he started off taking very inconsistent amounts. Id make 6oz and he'd occasionally have it all and other times just 2oz. The last week he's consistently drank all 6 so now I've made it 7oz and he occasionally does leave the last oz.
We've replaced a feed for my previously ebf baby and he tends to drink between 150ml-200ml (we offer a premixed 200ml bottle). Which I think is between 5 and 7oz, it is a bit hit and miss sometimes but he has dropped a few feeds recently so is having more each feed now.
We transitioned baby from breast to combi recently. We started on 4pm and she now has 6oz. I would say that she really struggled with Kendamil as it was so so thick compared to breast milk. I thought she hated the bottle but realised it was the formula when she was fine with expressed. We’ve ended up on cow&gate because it’s thinner but been really easy since we figured it out. Hope it goes well 👍
From experience with my eldest, haven't done it with my youngest yet. But he didnt tolerate any more than 5oz's/5 scoops. I think thats pretty across the board with EBF babies x
